My Favorite Food Blogs

I love trying out new recipes, but it’s also nice to have some favorites to use in rotation. Over the past few years I’ve loved exploring different food blogs and testing our their recipes. I’ve found a few food blogs that I always find myself cycling through, searching for what to try next. Here are some of my favorite food blogs, if you’re looking for some inspiration!

Half Baked Harvest

My favorite food blog is Half Baked Harvest. Tieghan Gerard’s variety of recipes and years worth of hard work has turned HBH into what it is today. She includes everything from sweets to breakfast to dinners and has drawn inspiration from different cuisines ranging from Asian to Mexican to Italian. She adds new recipes to her food blog almost every singe day, so there is always something new to try. Some of the staples in our rotation are: Pineapple Chicken with Coconut Rice, Glazed Brown Sugar Maple Cookies, Balsamic Mushroom Fontina Pizza, and Spicy Pesto Pasta Alla Vodka.

A Paige of Positivity

A new blog that I’ve been loving is A Paige of Positivity. Courtney brights such a joy and light into cooking with her youthful and fun recipes. I can’t wait to try some of her most recent posts, including: Cheesy Mexican Chicken Skillet, a Blood Orange Moscow Mule, Lemon Puppy Chow, Rotisserie Chicken Hawaiian Sliders.

Lillie Eats and Tells

I have recently been researching and planning meals while keeping my macros in mind and it has been so easy thanks to Lillie Eats and Tells. Lillie’s recipes are all very simple while being extremely fresh and flavorful. She has a lot of staple recipes to have a protein like pork or chicken available for the week. She organizes her blog into categories that just make sense. The groups range from soups to salads to one pot meals to wraps. She has three cookbooks, all of which look heavenly. Some of my favorites from her bog are: Brown Sugar Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri, BBQ Soy Ginger Chicken Thighs, Brownie Baked Squash Oats, and One Pot Skinny White Chicken Chili.

Erin Lives Whole

Another macro-friendly/health food blog that I’ve come across recently is Erin Lives Whole. Erin has incredible recipes including main dishes and sweets. This week I tried her French Onion Chicken, and it was amazing. I can’t wait to try more of her recipes. The ones I’m eyeing right now are her Bolognese Sauce, Broccoli Cheddar Spaghetti Squash Casserole, and with Easter right around the corner, I can’t wait to make her Healthy Cadbury Egg Blondies.

Lauren Fit Foodie

A blog Lauren Fit Foodie. Lauren’s food blog has an amazing assortment of mainly desserts and snacks. There are other recipes but from her navigation page, you’ll see that those two categories have the most posts. As a person who loves sweet and snacking, I can appreciate her endless options. I tried her Churro Cheesecake Protein Bars and they were to die for. I can’t wait to try out more! Here are the next ones on my list: No Bake Peanut Butter Oreo Pie, Carrot Cake Oatmeal Bake and Chicken Parmesan Stromboli.
